We are now looking for a reliable, engaged, and responsible summer substitute for a 40-year-old man living with a severe brain injury after a motocross accident about 15 years ago. We are looking for someone who can work as needed with the possibility of a summer position.

The man lives in his own villa with a garden and has his own car. He thrives best in a calm environment but also has an interest in motorsport and being outdoors in nature.

About the job

The job involves providing support in daily life based on the member's individual needs. The tasks include, among other things:

• Support with daily routines
• Tube feeding
• Support and presence during epilepsy episodes
• Participation in daily training at home
• Support during activities both inside and outside the home

We work with:

• 24-hour shifts and day shifts
• Double staffing during the day, meaning there are two assistants present at the same time during the day

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and caring
• Has a good sense of responsibility and can handle situations that require attention
• Has good teamwork skills and can work both independently and in a team
• Is flexible and reliable

A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement.
