Unika Pumpmakaregatan is a service residence located in Örkelljunga. The operation is aimed at individuals within person circle 1, which includes individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-like conditions.

We are now looking for summer and hourly substitutes who want to work to provide individually tailored support to individuals with functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support the users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, where we build on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for the users to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with a high quality of life. As a support assistant, you will work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal responses to create security and predictability in the users' everyday lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and effectively within the resources and budget of the operation.

You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner and enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.

• Driver's license.

• Experience working within LSS is an advantage.

• High school education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment type: Hourly employment Working hours: Day, evening, weekend. Sleeping on-call Start date: By agreement, we welcome if you can start shortly. Collective agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.

Before any employment, an extract from the criminal record along with valid photo identification must be presented.
