The client requires support in several aspects of daily life, including meals, dressing, personal hygiene, and other daily activities. Support is also provided for communication and daily structure.

To thrive in this role, it is important that you can follow routines and maintain clear and respectful communication with both family members and colleagues.

The workplace lacks good public transport connections, meaning a driver's license and access to a car are required.

The position covers approximately 75–95% and is primarily scheduled for evenings, weekends, and some nights.
