Job Responsibilities:

• Assistance (hourly position) As an assistant, you enable individuals to participate in community life and break the isolation that can result from a disability. This is achieved by helping individuals get to and from friends or participate in cultural and community activities.
• Relief (hourly position) As a relief worker, you go to the family’s home and temporarily take care of the individual to relieve family members. The service is primarily performed in the user's home or nearby.
• Contact Person (paid assignment) The role of a contact person means you will be a compassionate individual who can facilitate and support the individual in living an independent life. This involves reducing social isolation, stimulating an active leisure time, and providing advice in everyday situations. Watch a short film about the role of a contact person. Our operations are characterized by participation, and you work based on the individual’s needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive and observant in contact with others while being able to maintain professionalism in your role. In this assignment, you will work alone with the user, so it is important that you feel secure in your role.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. No experience is required. You must be at least 18 years old.
