Work with Care - Become a Personal Assistant in Oxie

We are now looking for someone who wants to step in during the planned and urgent absences of regular staff.

Do you want to work with a man who loves activities, card games, and sports? The client is very active and trains and competes a lot. He has a great interest in football and often attends matches. The client and the assistant travel to activities using special transport.

Our client needs assistance after a stroke. He uses a wheelchair but can walk with a three-point support at home. He has epilepsy, which sometimes manifests as silent seizures, so you must be very attentive and present.

There is a lot of humor and warmth in the assignment, but there can also be some challenges due to the client's brain injury. It is very important to perform all tasks according to routines and to be responsive to the client's needs and wishes.

Working Hours

• 09:00-21:00
• 21:00-09:00 with awake night

Your Profile

To feel secure in the role, we see that you preferably:

• Have experience working with people who have epilepsy.
• Have experience working with people who have had a stroke.
• Can work with a low-arousal approach.

Other

• You are attentive, observant, and present in your role as an assistant.
• You can follow routines and instructions carefully.
