Here, you will become part of a dedicated and cohesive team of eleven case officers who work with investigations and decisions in elderly care and support for people with disabilities according to SoL and LSS. We are currently looking for two new colleagues in elderly care. You will work with standard investigative work according to the Social Services Act and at the same time have the opportunity to participate in our exciting development work regarding the new Social Services Act, focusing on preventive measures and a more accessible social service. RESPONSIBILITIES

The current positions involve investigative work, decision-making, and follow-up responsibilities according to the Social Services Act, as well as development work related to the new Social Services Act, focusing on preventive measures and a more accessible social service. The assignment includes investigation, needs assessment, decision on measures, and follow-up according to the Social Services Act.

The work with the preventive and accessible social service is in the startup phase, which gives you the opportunity to help shape working methods and development going forward. The role is independent but takes place in close collaboration within a cross-professional team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and care officers. We work based on our core values: responsibility, interaction, respect, and trust. Our focus is to utilize the citizen's own resources and empower the individual to live as independently as possible. In Höör Municipality, we work according to IBIC - Individual Needs in Center.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or a degree from a social care program (the requirement is that the law course has been completed). Experience in authority exercise is an advantage. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing and preferably have experience with documentation in the LifeCare system and work according to IBIC. A B driver's license (manual transmission) is a requirement for the position.

You have a good ability to prioritize your work and collaborate well with others. As a person, you are self-driven, initiative-taking, and structured. The role requires you to be flexible, stress-resistant, and have a good ability to plan and organize your work.

The position will be filled subject to the necessary political decisions being made and that it does not need to be reserved for internal use.
