About the position

We are currently seeking someone to work as a companion for a 26-year-old woman living in Vellinge. As a companion, your main task will be to accompany her on activities according to her wishes. Interests include having coffee and chatting together at a café.

The position is for 15 hours a month and is mainly scheduled for afternoons on weekdays. There is no fixed working time; it is according to an agreement between you as a companion and the client.

About you

The work as a companion is an active, social, and eventful job where you accompany and/or come up with activities together with our client. As a companion with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who is attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Upon potential employment To be employed with us at Nordström Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.

If you are to work with this client, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the record check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.
