About Housing Support
Housing Support is a social and practical intervention for people with mental illness, aimed at facilitating the individual's ability to manage their daily life. A central part is that all interventions are carried out together with the client; their participation is a prerequisite for achieving the goals of the intervention, which are based on assessed support decisions. This may include contacts with authorities and healthcare, support in daily life with structure, keeping appointments, cooking a meal, breaking isolation, and more.
The interventions are not only tied to the home but can involve activities outside the residence.
We also have "Träffpunkten" (The Meeting Point), a common activity center for people with mental illness. As a housing support worker, you will function as a supervisor within the framework of the activities carried out here. Activities take place in our dedicated facilities, and some excursions may occur.
Documentation is maintained in our operational system, Treserva.
About You
You should be flexible and stress-resistant, with the ability to take your own initiatives and possess good social skills. You will work together with other housing support workers, but the interventions involve a significant amount of independent work with clients.
Working hours are primarily during the day, Monday to Friday, but some evening and weekend shifts may occur.
