Kooperativet Hand i Hand is a member-driven organization founded in 1995 for individuals entitled to assistance. Our members are located in Skåne, Halland, southern Småland, Västra Götaland, Stockholm, and Jämtland. We have offices in Halmstad, Hässleholm, and Malmö. We support our members with everything from applying for hours with Försäkringskassan/the municipality to personnel issues regarding personal assistants. We believe that the work of a personal assistant is one of the most important jobs there is, as it provides an opportunity for another person, allowing them to live their life like everyone else.

Interested in summer positions?

On April 14th, we will hold a recruitment event at our office in Hässleholm. There, you will have the opportunity to meet office staff, team leaders, and members. We have several members who need summer substitutes for both larger and smaller positions. On-site, you will have the chance to submit your CV and personal letter. We will also provide you with the opportunity for short interviews on-site with the person responsible for the position.

We will have two sessions on the same day to spread out the number of visitors and to give everyone a chance to attend at least one time that works for them. The first session will be between 09:00-12:00. The second session will be between 14:00-17:00.

You can register by sending your CV and personal letter and indicating which of the sessions you plan to attend. You are welcome to drop in at any time during the session you registered for, but we will implement a queue system for interviews if attendance is high.
