WHO AM I LOOKING FOR?

My expectations for you as a personal assistant are based on ALOIS assistans values, which are Responsibility, Attentiveness, Care, Integrity, and Cooperation.

Through your attentiveness and care, you provide me with the support I need in my daily life. You have a good understanding of my personal integrity and find it easy to cooperate. You have good communication skills and can learn to understand and interpret me, as I have difficulty communicating verbally.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO WORK AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR ME?

As an assistant, you are available and involved in my life and daily tasks. You work based on my needs and wishes, and I value accuracy and reliability. Do you enjoy cooking, walking, and have a sense of humor? Then we can probably find a good collaboration!

Previous experience in personal assistance or work in healthcare and social services is an advantage but not a requirement. Personal suitability is of great importance.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

Work according to agreement and employment contract within ALOIS assistans. We apply individual salary setting and are part of a collective agreement. The position is a scheduled 38% on a 6-week schedule. We also need temporary substitutes who can work during the summer and extra as needed. Working hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and every other weekend from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
