We are looking for experienced assistants who want to work as hourly employees. We are also looking for an assistant for a 44% day and evening position and a night position of about 70%. You will work closely with your colleagues and the client, so you need to be flexible and confident in yourself. You need to be able to work days and evenings or awake nights, regardless of the day of the week. We believe it is important that you are engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally and having a good sense of humor.

The client in question is a middle-aged woman living in Svedala. The client has a progressive muscle disease and cannot breathe independently; she has a respirator and breathes entirely through a trach. She needs assistance with her ADL and mobility. The client is very positive and creative as a person and appreciates if you share some of her interests, which include baking, cooking, handicrafts, and scrapbooking, or just quietly laughing or crying together while watching a TV series.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

It is advantageous if you have training in healthcare or experience working in healthcare. If you have a driver's license, it is beneficial but not a requirement. The client and her family have a mischievous little puppy. We would like you to be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.

• Working hours: Casual employment refers to days, evenings, and nights. Fixed-term employment refers to days and evenings as well as every other weekend

• Start date: Immediately or by agreement
