We Offer
You have the opportunity to plan and structure your work independently based on the assignment. You will actively participate in change and development work.
About the Workplace
We provide support to children, young people, and young adults with functional variations. The work is varied and highly developmental, as you will encounter a spectrum including intellectual disabilities, autism, and neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF) at the facility.
We offer environmental changes and recreation for the individual. Support is individually adapted and based on the individual's needs to guarantee good living conditions and a good life. It is built on our active interest and willingness to listen and understand. Through motivating and practical supportive measures, we help individuals meet and handle various situations in daily life with the goal of living as independently as possible based on their abilities.
