About the Role

As a Consultant Manager here, you will build and nurture relationships with consultants and clients. This involves numerous phone calls, emails, and follow-ups. You will need to understand our value proposition, refine your arguments, and be able to explain why Socionomera is the right choice for both consultants and clients.

You will plan your working days relatively independently, but you will have the team close by whenever you need support. You can rely on established working methods, while we also expect you to contribute to improvements.

A key part of the role is matching. You will handle and interpret a significant amount of information in our internal systems. This requires you to be meticulous, structured, and skilled at prioritizing what is important.

The role also involves administration. You will manage contracts, ongoing assignments, follow-ups on consultants' working conditions, time reports, and data for payroll and invoicing.

You are also meticulous. You can handle large amounts of information and understand that details matter.

It is an advantage if you are a social worker and/or have experience in social work. It is highly advantageous if you have experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or customer responsibility.
