Project Manager for "Together - for a Sustainable Establishment"
We are looking for a project manager for the three-year AMIF-funded project "Together - for a Sustainable Establishment", where the Church of Sweden Malmö is the project owner. The project is part of St. Maria Diakonia Centre's operations and targets individuals who need support to achieve greater participation in society in various areas. The project aims to increase the conditions for a sustainable establishment by implementing measures that strengthen psychosocial health and personal empowerment. Measures include knowledge-raising meetings, safe meeting places, health-promoting group activities, accompaniment, and individual support.
Collaboration with the municipality, region, and various civil society organizations is a key part of the work. The project will be conducted in Malmö, Upplands Väsby, and Boden, meaning employees will collaborate across different locations. This announcement is specifically for employees in Malmö.
Responsibilities
The role involves leading the work group in the planning and implementation of measures according to the project plan. You are responsible for reporting to AMIF and financial follow-up, with support from the finance department at the Church of Sweden Malmö. Writing applications and reports is also part of the position.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have experience and understanding of the role of religion in people's lives. You are open to, and preferably have experience of, work across religious boundaries. You are an experienced and driven project manager who ensures the project delivers against set goals. You have relevant higher education and are a good organizer. You have ease in communicating verbally and in writing in Swedish, and preferably another language. For the position, you need the ability to build contacts and create networks, as well as the ability to work independently. Experience in administering EU-funded projects and in leadership is meritorious.
