The "Together" project is part of the operations at St. Maria Diakonicentrum and targets individuals who need support to increase their participation in society in various areas. The project aims to improve the conditions for a sustainable establishment through interventions that strengthen psychosocial health and personal empowerment. These interventions include knowledge-enhancing meetings, safe meeting places, health-promoting group activities, accompaniment, and individual support.
Collaboration with the municipality, region, and various civil society organizations is a key part of the work. The project will be carried out in Malmö, Upplands Väsby, and Boden, meaning that project staff will collaborate across different locations. This announcement is for staff based in Malmö.

You will work with conversations, both individually and in groups, as well as lead educational sessions. You will collaborate with various activities within societal support measures and voluntary organizations.
