We are starting a new case and are looking for 4-5 personal assistants for an active client living centrally in Kristianstad.

In your daily work, you will assist the client at home and accompany them to their workplace, on volunteer assignments, and during leisure activities.

As the client has a strong interest in horses, work in the presence of horses may occur. Therefore, we would appreciate it if some applicants have experience working with horses and possess the ability to read their behavior. Your focus is on the client, so reading the horse's signals should come naturally to you.

You are calm, meticulous, sensitive, flexible, empathetic, responsible, and have a good sense of humor. You must be able to cycle, as the bicycle is your primary mode of transport to the client's workplace or for activities in the local area. You should also be able to swim, as you will be in the water with the client during training.

As a personal assistant, you have the ability to read the situation and know when to step back to give the client space when needed. You are comfortable following instructions and have the patience to wait until your help is required.

Since the client is sensitive to scents, it is important that your work attire and personal hygiene products are completely free of smoke and fragrance.

Previous experience as a personal assistant is desirable. You must be able to cycle and swim, and you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

As the client sometimes stays in other parts of Skåne, it is an advantage if you have a driver's license and access to your own car. This makes it easier for you to start and end shifts in other locations. Overnight stays in other locations may also occur.

The schedule includes day, evening, weekend, and on-call duties.
