At Gröna Huset, you have the opportunity to combine individual support with meaningful activities and collaboration between several authorities. The position is a temporary/project employment at 75 percent for six months, with the possibility of extension, and is located in central Hörby.

Your assignment

As a process leader, you are a support for participants who need to strengthen their path towards work or studies. You work both individually and in groups, where you motivate, coach, and support the participants based on their unique needs and conditions.

Together with your colleagues, you plan and lead activities that contribute to development, participation, and increased self-confidence. The assignment may also include accompanying participants to healthcare visits or other important contacts. You document the participants' processes and collaborate with municipalities, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and other actors to create the best possible support.

Your experience

We are looking for you who have:

• Relevant university education in fields such as social work, behavioral science, study and career guidance, or other equivalent education.
• Experience in social work or similar operations.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
• Experience in documentation and administrative tasks.

It is meritorious if you:

• Have knowledge of the target group and experience working with social issues as well as mental or physical ill health.
• Have experience leading group activities.
• Are creative and enjoy developing activities that engage and motivate.
• Have good administrative skills and experience with documentation.

Salary between 36,000 and 44,300 SEK depending on experience and responsibility. The final salary is determined individually and is based on a comprehensive assessment of your educational background, previous experience, and the area in which you have worked previously.
