You will be part of a work group of 5 employees who collaborate, inspire each other, and where everyone is given the opportunity to develop in their professional role as a family therapist.

Lönnen Outpatient Care is in a development phase in line with the intentions of the new Social Services Act, where the focus is on early, easily accessible, and preventive measures. Lönnen Outpatient Care primarily offers support and treatment interventions without needs assessment. The goal is to make it easier for residents to receive support at an early stage and to strengthen the possibilities for preventive work for individuals, couples, and families.

Lönnen is a business with the ambition to grow and develop based on the intentions of the new Social Services Act. As an employee, you will have the opportunity to be involved in this development and contribute to shaping future outpatient care interventions.

Your role with us

Lönnen Outpatient Care offers counseling to people who come on their own behalf, together with their family or partner. People who seek help for harmful use and addiction, or based on the problems of relatives, family and relationship problems, as well as psychosocial problems with a strained life situation, turn to Lönnen. Lönnen also has the task of receiving people and their relatives who have a problem with gambling.

As a family therapist at Lönnen Outpatient Care, you start from people's hopes and goals for the conversations, and you help people formulate and clarify their desired change. The conversations are based on you exploring functioning patterns together with those you meet to help people see opportunities and find their own solutions. You highlight competence and resources so that people gain confidence in their ability to make changes. In the conversations, you place great emphasis on creating good relationships and good cooperation. You start from a systemic basic thinking and focus on relationships and interaction.

The work includes teamwork as we supervise and collaborate with each other. Lönnen has as a basis a working method based on a solution-focused and family therapy orientation. We are keen to maintain high competence and you will work with systematic client feedback (FIT-outcomes) and participate in method development.

The work group has external supervision. Opportunities are provided for further education through seminars, courses, and conferences focusing on, among other things, solution-focused therapy, family therapy, and gambling treatment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work. It is a requirement that you have work experience as a social worker as well as experience of working with families or individuals with conversation as a tool.

It is meritorious if you have basic psychotherapy education with a focus on family therapy and have experience and interest in a solution-focused working method. We value if you have experience of working with harmful use or addiction problems.

Communication and documentation are part of your tasks, and we therefore want you to be able to communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Your personal qualities are important to us, and we are looking for you who like to work in a team while also being able to independently take responsibility for your tasks. You have the ability to cooperate and it is an advantage if you are unpretentious and notice and encourage others' contributions. To succeed in the role, it is required that you are humble, respectful, curious, and have a good ability to create trusting and good relationships. These are prerequisites for good treatment work.

Salary

Kristianstad Municipality applies individual and differentiated salary setting.

Start Date

We offer a permanent employment with start date according to agreement. Interview occasions will be held on 19/8 and 20/8.
