Process Leader for Signs of Safety and Digital Parental Support

RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to help develop the social work of the future in Höganäs Municipality?
We are now looking for a Process Leader for a fixed-term assignment of one year. The role is located within the Outpatient Care Unit of Individual and Family Care and has a special focus on two prioritized development areas: the implementation of Signs of Safety and the introduction and development of digital parental support.
The assignment involves translating development work into practical operations and creating conditions for more accessible, preventive, and coordinated support for children, young people, and families.
As a Process Leader, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of Signs of Safety within the operations, as well as driving the development of digital parental support. You work closely with managers, employees, and other operations within the Social Services Department to ensure that new working methods become a natural part of daily work.
The role combines operational development work with coordination and support to the operations. You play a key role in creating engagement, participation, and long-term sustainability in the change process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the implementation of Signs of Safety
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on implementation efforts
- Drive the introduction and development of digital parental support
- Collaborate with relevant operations within the Social Services Department
- Support the development of early and preventive interventions for children and families
- Contribute to integrating new working methods into regular operations
- Follow up, identify development needs, and drive improvement work
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
- A degree in Social Work (Socionom)
- Experience in authority practice within child and youth services
- Experience with the implementation of Signs of Safety
- Good digital competence and experience in implementing or developing digital working methods, services, or support measures
You are a person who gets things done. You have the ability to create participation and engagement around new working methods and thrive in close collaboration with both managers and employees.
You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for driving processes forward, and have a good holistic perspective. At the same time, you are sensitive to the needs of the operations and easily build trusting relationships.
You have a good understanding of digital solutions and see the possibilities with digital solutions as a complement to traditional social work. You can translate the needs of the operations into practical digital working methods and contribute to new solutions being used and creating value in everyday life.
You are motivated by developing social work with a focus on quality, accessibility, and benefit for the children, young people, and families we serve.

LOCATION AND REPORTING
The role is located within the outpatient care in Individual and Family Care and reports to the responsible manager within outpatient care. The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with other operations within the Social Services Department.
