Job Responsibilities

We work together to support users with care and activities to participate in community life, both at home and outside. The days are structured based on the users' needs and implementation plans. In some operations, technical aids such as lifts are used.

Working hours may be scheduled during the day, evening, night, and for sleeping on-call duties.

Qualifications

To work within LSS as a summer or casual employee, it is meritorious if you have completed the care and nursing or child and leisure programs at upper secondary school, or have similar education. We would prefer that you have post-secondary education with a clear focus on behavioral science or the disability area.

As an employee with us, you work with the individual in focus, which means it is important that you are sensitive, have a good attitude towards people, and have the ability to take initiative. You communicate with both users, colleagues, managers, and relatives, which means you need the ability to put yourself in someone else's situation/perspective. As a colleague, you are expected to be able to collaborate and contribute to a good work environment where all employees take responsibility and support each other.

Employment Terms
