Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for an engaged and responsible individual who wants to work as a personal assistant. For the spring, we are seeking several reliable personal assistants for a couple of our minor clients in both Malmö and the surrounding area within a 20-minute travel distance from Malmö. Please tell us about yourself in your personal letter to help us match the right person.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

You need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. You should have your own drive and a genuine desire to make every day valuable. You are a positive and secure person who looks at the work as a personal assistant in the long term. We are looking for someone with some experience in care or educational work. Personal qualities and chemistry are more important. We welcome female applicants at the client's request.

You need to be flexible regarding working hours as we in the workgroup manage staffing if someone gets sick or is on vacation – we support our client and each other.

Requirements

• Swedish spoken and written is a requirement.
• Preferably experience as a personal assistant.
• Experience in care and support work.
• Ability to provide references (these will be provided if you proceed to an interview).
• You as an assistant must be smoke-free during working hours.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with autism and epilepsy.
• Experience working with children.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Start according to agreement.
• Opportunity for part-time 50%
• Hours.
• Varied schedule.
