RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a support assistant for the group home at Utgårdagatan 48 in Hörby. Full-time 100%.

Your responsibilities include meeting the individual needs of the residents for support and service in all situations of daily life. For example, you will assist the residents with their personal care.

All residents have different forms of activities based on their conditions, and we appreciate creative ideas from employees.

The work is carried out with great respect for the individual's right to self-determination and integrity.

The tasks require a high degree of personal responsibility, flexibility, and initiative. We have high expectations for collaboration, communication, and accountability. We always work based on the individual's needs and wishes. You should be comfortable documenting and, like us, be a team player.

Working hours: Scheduled working hours with days, evenings, sleeping on-call, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a calm and secure person with great patience. You should be able to work with structure and clear frameworks, but also be able to adapt the work based on the situation and the user's needs.

You should have experience working within the LSS operational area.

Approved grades from the care and nursing program, child and leisure program, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.

Being able to read and write good Swedish is essential as documentation is part of the assignment.

Being a contact person for a resident in the group home may be part of the assignment.
