Assistant Officer for LSS and SoL

Assignment

We are now looking for an assistant officer who will work with processing and follow-up of interventions according to LSS and SoL (social psychiatry). Through professional and legally secure investigative work, you contribute to creating conditions for individuals to live their lives on equal terms.

You will be part of a workgroup consisting of seven assistant officers where you will primarily work closely with a colleague with the same LSS/SoL focus. The group is characterized by good collaboration, a supportive working method, and a willingness to help each other in daily work.

In this role, you collaborate with the individual, relatives, colleagues, providers, and other professionals and authorities. Collaboration occurs, among other things, with providers within the LSS operations, social psychiatry, individual and family care, schools, and Region Skåne.

Competence

We are looking for someone who has a degree in social work or another relevant academic degree in combination with experience in authority exercise, which the employer assesses as equivalent. Experience in authority exercise according to LSS and SoL (social psychiatry) is an advantage. It is also advantageous to have good knowledge of applicable legislation and case law, as well as knowledge of the operational system Lifecare.

In this role, you make decisions that may be perceived as both difficult and crucial for the individual. Therefore, it is important that you are pedagogical, clear, and have the ability to explain decisions in an understandable way, even when the decision is not in the individual's favor. You meet people with respect and sensitivity, wherever they are in life.

You work in a structured and independent manner and have a good ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in writing. Furthermore, you enjoy working closely with colleagues where you share experiences and complement each other's competencies.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

Working hours/duration

Permanent full-time position. Start date by agreement.
