We are now looking for several summer substitutes for our clients.

Our summer positions are during the months of June, July, and August 2026, but there may also be opportunities for continued work after the summer substitute period.

The duration of the summer positions varies from a few weeks up to the entire summer period from June to August. In some assignments, we can offer immediate employment as an hourly substitute.

Working hours are variable, including day, evening, night, and weekend work.

We have high demands for personal suitability, and we prefer that you have previous experience in personal assistance.

Our assistance assignments function in different ways as the assistance is built around the specific needs of the client. To perform well in the role of a personal assistant, you need to be flexible and empathetic. Other personal qualities we are looking for include being responsible and respectful.

Employment conditions are regulated by a collective agreement between Fremia-Kommunal.

Sydassistans AB has been providing personal assistance to people with disabilities in southern Sweden since its inception in 1994. One of our tasks as an assistance provider is to be the employer of our clients' personal assistants. With the guiding principles of Safety, Respect, and Quality of Life, we work to ensure that our clients, despite their disabilities, can live as normal a life as possible. Currently, we employ approximately 350 personal assistants. At Sydassistans, we offer our employees training relevant to the work with their specific clients.
