We are looking for housing support workers for our supported accommodation for adults over 21 years old with addiction issues, mental health problems, or socially destructive behaviors. We also accept individuals in substitution treatment (LARO). The operation is drug-free, and we work to strengthen individuals' independence, create structure in daily life, and support a meaningful and drug-free lifestyle. The accommodation is located in a charming house with space for five people and is staffed around the clock. As a housing support worker, you will be a contact person, assist with daily tasks, document interventions, and collaborate with authorities, healthcare, and other actors. We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in social work, treatment pedagogy, or similar, as well as experience working with addiction issues, psychiatry, or social support. A B driver's license is required. Knowledge of CBT, MI, or low-arousal approaches is advantageous. As a person, you are secure, empathetic, flexible, and solution-focused. The position involves scheduled working hours during the day, evening, and weekends, including sleeping on-call. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
