We are looking for a female assistant for a calm and pleasant man over 65 who lives with a small family and dogs in a house 1.5 miles north of Hässleholm. The client is wheelchair-bound and has disabilities due to a stroke, requiring assistance with most aspects of daily life. This includes help with mobility, communication, household tasks, hygiene, and exercise. The man has aphasia, lacks verbal communication, and therefore needs your support in interacting with his surroundings to make himself understood.

The ideal candidate should be flexible and positive, and willing to help the man lead a fulfilling life. One of his major interests is motor vehicles. Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries and aphasia is a plus, but not a requirement. You must not have allergies to pets or be afraid of dogs. The household dogs are friendly, but caring for them is not part of the assistance.

We are currently seeking a part-time employee who can work during illness or leave.

A driver's license and access to a car are required to reach the client’s home.
