🌟 As a vocational teacher at Kunskapscompaniet, you will be responsible for the entire teaching process within the program alongside your colleagues. You will plan, prepare, and conduct lessons in accordance with the guidelines and regulations set forth in the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum, as well as our internal guidelines and policies.

🌟 The teaching includes both theoretical and practical components, and you should be competent in both areas.

🌟 The position also includes the procurement, planning, and follow-up of APL placements, where we hope you can contribute with your network within the industry.

✔ have at least one (1) year of full-time professional experience in your teaching area, Basic – (for vocational outcomes such as meal assistant, restaurant assistant, kitchen assistant, etc.), Chef, and cold kitchen staff (mandatory requirement).

✔ have at least two (2) years of experience educating adults in the vocational field on a full-time basis (high school, municipal adult education, and/or labor market education) within the last 6-year period (mandatory requirement).

✔ are a documented skilled educator.

✔ have a vocational teacher's degree (preferable).

✔ A natural leader who is outgoing and values everyone's differences.

✔ Friendly and empathetic and has an easy time building good relationships with students and colleagues.
