Job Description

Augustenborgsskolan is currently looking for two primary school teachers for the after-school center (fritidshem). This expansion aims to strengthen the after-school program and enhance its quality. As a primary school teacher for the after-school center, you are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessment, creating a stimulating pedagogical environment based on the curriculum and other regulatory documents. You will promote student development and learning, find strategies to reach every student, and support them in both knowledge acquisition and personal growth.

The role involves offering students a meaningful leisure time, promoting diverse interactions, social cohesion, and strengthening group relations. The after-school center complements school education by providing students with opportunities to explore, experiment, create, and apply the knowledge they have acquired. We achieve this through good collaboration within work teams, where we plan, follow up, and evaluate the activities. Our goal is to offer an after-school center that not only provides the right conditions for development and learning but ensures students actually benefit from them.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified primary school teacher for the after-school center. Previous experience in the field is an advantage. You have a good understanding of the school's regulatory documents and apply them in your daily work. Furthermore, you possess strong didactic and pedagogical skills, enabling you to independently lead and organize your work to create a study-friendly environment and a good learning atmosphere for our students throughout the day.

Your teaching is modern and evidence-based. You work effectively with relevant digital tools and have good familiarity with them.

We look forward to receiving your application!
