Qualifications

We are looking for you who want to contribute to societal benefit, for young people who have their sights set on a specific profession, but also for young people who do not yet have a clear plan. Your role is to show the way by inspiring and educating the workforce of the future. You translate your professional knowledge into practical, pedagogical, work-like educational moments where theory and practice work together. In planning and individualizing teaching, you use young people's daily lives and culture, alternative learning tools, current research, and a scientific foundation. You reflect individually and together with colleagues on the work, with the aim of constantly developing both pedagogically and professionally. Furthermore, you assess, analyze, and document the individual student's needs and results, taking assessments from workplace learning (APL) into account.

We are looking for you who are a licensed and qualified teacher in the common subjects for the Sales and Service program. You belong to the Sales and Service work team where you collaborate with a team of experienced and engaged teachers. You are a mentor for a group of students. We would appreciate if you have a few years of experience in teaching and supervision at the high school level, but great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
