Job Responsibilities
The position involves working together with the school's student health team to identify, map, and meet students' needs for special support or adjustments, both individually and in smaller groups. Furthermore, it includes planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching for students in need of special support within language, reading, and writing development. Together with the school staff and the student health team, you work towards an accessible and good learning environment for our students. You also mentor your colleagues and initiate appropriate interventions in collaboration with other professions in the student health team.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified upper secondary school teacher in Swedish and/or Swedish as a Second Language. You are interested in joining an ambitious staff group that constantly develops its operations with the whole in mind. In accordance with the assignment, you can also take personal responsibility and work independently. Experience from working as a special needs teacher is an advantage.
As a teacher, you have the ability to put the student at the center. Through pedagogical skill, you easily create contact with people and convey your knowledge to our students. You use pedagogical documentation as a method to increase awareness of your own work in the school. With the help of pedagogical documentation, you make visible and reflect on attitudes and learning processes. The documentation is used to understand and make new decisions. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
