About the position
We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 50% or 80% for our client in Åkersberga. The client is an 11-year-old boy who needs your help as an assistant in his daily life due to autism.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
4:30 PM - 8:30 PM on weekdays
8:00 AM - 8:30 PM on weekends
Start date is February 1st or according to agreement.
The tasks are as follows:
Supervision and support with daily activities
Assisting with routines such as dressing and undressing
Low-arousal approach during challenging behavior
Are you the one we are looking for?
We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can put others' needs at the center. As a person, you are calm, attentive, proactive, and used to following routines. We would prefer that you have previous experience with low-arousal approaches.
Requirements:
Non-smoker
Fluent in English to communicate with the client

Employment rate: 1 position at 50%, 1 position at 80%
Start date: February 1st. Interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
