Business Development Salesperson – Real Estate Solutions

We are now looking for a driven and results-oriented business development salesperson to develop our business area within HybridHeat towards the real estate sector with new smart energy solutions. About the position

As a business development salesperson, you play a crucial role in implementing the company's marketing strategy within hybrid solutions and in customers' investment processes. You are responsible for establishing and maintaining professional contacts with decision-makers in the real estate sector and presenting our energy-saving solutions at an early stage to ensure favorable business opportunities. The work is carried out both physically and digitally and includes identifying customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and driving the business process from initial contact to closure.

In the role of business development salesperson for our HybridHEAT offerings, you have overall responsibility for the sales of our hybrid heating solutions in Sweden.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales of HybridHEAT products and digital services by identifying customer needs and creating profitable solutions
  • Engage in strategic and commercial dialogues with decision-makers and management to create long-term partnerships and clarify the business benefits for the customer
  • Actively identify new business opportunities that strengthen our growth
  • Build strong relationships with property owners, managers, and other key individuals to drive the business forward
  • Participate in marketing activities and product launches to increase visibility and create new business opportunities

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, business-oriented, and has a genuine interest in both economics and technology. You are active in our industry and have built a relevant network within the real estate sector. We also see that you have experience in driving sales of complex deals with economic weight, preferably within the real estate and/or energy sector. We value a strong customer focus, a solution-oriented approach, and a high level of ambition.

  • You have an education in economics and/or technology and experience in sales to property owners and decision-makers
  • You have a good understanding of district heating, hybrid heating, and technical comprehensive solutions, which gives you the right conditions to succeed in the role
  • You thrive in a role with many contact points and have a clear results orientation, determination, and motivation to achieve set goals
  • You are driven to develop and own your business in a key role
