The Joint Committee for Family Law Issues in Ljungby, Älmhult, and Markaryd municipalities has its office in Älmhult, but staff regularly travel to Ljungby and Markaryd. The workgroup consists of 5 caseworkers and a unit manager. We are currently looking for someone who wants to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Joint Committee is an independent committee that handles family law issues in Älmhult, Ljungby, and Markaryd municipalities. Älmhult is the host municipality, and this is where you will have your workplace. The job responsibilities include custody, residence, and visitation investigations, as well as collaborative conversations. You will also handle paternity and parenthood investigations, visitation support, agreements, and consent investigations, as well as follow-ups regarding adoption. The tasks are varied and stimulating.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a social worker or has an education that the employer deems equivalent
• is familiar with the laws governing the operations
• has engagement and wants to help develop the operations
• has good collaboration skills
• is responsible and flexible in your work approach
• has the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
• has a driver's license

Experience in family law work or work with therapeutic conversations is an advantage.
