He is a 31-year-old man living with his family in Älmhult and is now looking for a personal assistant for a parental substitute position at 80%. Music is his great passion, and he loves an active daily life filled with outdoor activities, movement, and refreshing swims. As his assistant, you will be part of his everyday life – both in daily activities and during fun outings, trips, or when hospital visits are needed. Here, you get the chance to make a difference while having a varied and meaningful job! He has epilepsy and requires supervision around the clock, which makes it important that you are stress-resistant and secure, and can act calmly and composed if a seizure occurs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is in good/strong physical shape.

• Has a driver's license and good driving experience (you will drive the employer's car in the job).

• Has basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Is (preferably) non-smoking.

• Calm, positive, and attentive.

• Gentle in your approach but also driven.

• Inventive, active, and proactive.

• Outgoing with humor and joy.

• Independent, flexible, and stress-resistant.

The work is varied and includes, among other things:

• Personal hygiene and care.

• Support in daily activities.

• Assistance during meal situations and cooking.

• Accompanying to swimming pools, training, and leisure activities.

• Assisting with dressing and undressing as well as support during showering and toilet visits.

• Help with transfers.

• Assisting during trips and outings.

• 📅 Start date: From around April 2026 to August/September 2027.

• 📊 Employment rate: Temporary parental substitute position at 80% (32 hours a week according to a fixed schedule).

• ⏳ Agreement: First, introductory shifts will be conducted, followed by 1–2 months of hourly employment before the 80% substitute position begins, provided everything works as it should.

• 🕒 Work shifts: Day shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday.
