JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Now you have the chance to be part of the Department of Children and Family! We are looking for social workers for our support and investigation teams for children and youth. As an applicant, you will be responsible for issues concerning children and young people at risk, children in distress, those in need of support, as well as parents needing assistance in their parenting role or in collaboration with the other parent. The assignment consists of preventive and early interventions, investigations of individual needs according to current legislation, as well as the implementation and follow-up of support and treatment measures.

The work also involves collaboration, both internally and externally. You will have close support from your manager, specialists, and other team members. We offer professional development and continuous supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and good knowledge of current legislation.

Experience in social work concerning children and youth is an advantage. You should have a good ability to work independently in all aspects of case management as well as an ease in collaborating with others and building trusting relationships. Documentation and investigation are important parts of your work, so you need to have good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as computer proficiency.

As we work according to Signs of Safety, knowledge and experience in this area is desirable.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
