Temporary Assistant Wanted for Personal Assistance

Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

I am a 19-year-old girl living in Bolmsö with my family. Since I was born with a cerebral palsy condition, I need a little extra support in my daily life. I need help with everything from hygiene to assistance in daily activities.

Important qualities are; attentiveness, respect, openness, and reliability.

I am looking for an open-minded person as I am engaged in both LGBTQ issues and the equal value of all people. I have, among other things, lectured on what it is like to live with a disability. To get along with me, it is important that you are open to differences. I am at the beginning of my career, so you as an assistant will also be a helping hand at work. It is important that you can take space when needed but above all, let me take space.

My interests include skiing, music, and film. I am a big fan of "Young Royals" and Omar Rydberg. You will be part of a team, so it is important that you are a team player and understand that it is crucial to help each other for me to manage my daily life. The aids used include a lift and wheelchair.

I am looking for someone who wants to step in as a temporary assistant. There is a possibility for full-time summer work for the right person.

Requirements;

• Female aged 20-40
• Fluent in Swedish
• Experience working in healthcare
• Driver's license and car

The shifts are scheduled for all hours of the day, including evenings and weekends. The shifts may vary but are mostly overnight shifts. We are looking for temporary assistants! The working hours are scheduled from 9 AM to 9 AM.
