We currently have a temporary need for additional support in the role of CBT therapist, as one of our colleagues is absent for a period of time.

We are looking for someone who wants to step in and be a safe and present resource for both patients, colleagues, and the organization. You will contribute directly to the daily work, use your skills in a meaningful way – and become part of an engaged and competent team.

About the position

The work as a therapist at our health center is characterized by a holistic view of the individual and a desire to offer early and adequate care. You will meet patients with varying issues, where you primarily work with short, focused treatment interventions. Common conditions include crisis reactions, anxiety, mild to moderate depression, stress-related problems, as well as pain and sleep issues.

Collaboration with doctors and other professionals is an important and natural part of your daily work. We work according to the integrated behavioral health care model, where it is advantageous if you have experience with shorter treatment forms such as Focused ACT (FACT), solution-focused therapy, or Motivational Interviewing (MI).

You will receive an introduction to both working methods and colleagues, and be a valued part of the team from day one.

About you

We are looking for someone who has training in CBT (at least level 1) and experience working with psychotherapeutic conversations. You could be a licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, health and medical care curator, or CBT therapist with relevant background. Experience from primary care is a plus, but not a requirement.

You are confident in your role, independent in your work, and have a genuine commitment to patients. You collaborate easily with others and thrive in a team where we support each other and develop together.

Employment conditions

• Temporary employment initially lasting four months, with the possibility of extension.

• Employment rate 100%

• Working hours during weekdays

• Start date in April/May as agreed
