What does the position entail?

Hello, I am a guy in my 30s who is now looking for a personal assistant to work with me. I have a CP injury which means that I am in a wheelchair, which means that I partially need help with general household tasks and being active in my free time. I give lectures and work, so you as an assistant will accompany me in this.

I am a big Öster fan, which means that I usually follow Öster at every home and away match, so if you are interested in football, it is a great advantage. I also enjoy going to hockey, handball, and most things related to sports.

We are looking for someone who can work approximately 98% including on-call duty on a temporary contract for at least one year. We are also looking for someone who can work extra as needed, and there is the possibility for more hours during the summer. Working hours are 09:00 - 21:00 and 21:00 - 09:00, with sleeping on-call duty of about 7 hours/night.

About you -

I am looking for someone who is cooperative, attentive, flexible, and a good team player. I would like you to have a sense of humor and be able to take a joke. You should also be responsible, able to take initiative, encourage me, and support me in becoming as independent as possible in my daily life. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you and me. This can become crucial in the final selection.

It is required that you

• hold a B driver's license for manual transmission

• are not allergic to pets as there is a cat in the home

It is meritorious if you

• have experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support and an interest in sports.

Scope: A temporary position for at least 1 year at approximately 98% including on-call duty and extra as needed. Number of positions: 2. Start date: By agreement. Selection and interviews will be ongoing, and the position will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
