5-year-old boy in Växjö seeks personal assistant.
We are currently looking for a personal assistant who wants to work as needed at least one evening a week with a boy who has cerebral palsy. We are looking for someone who is lively and happy, positive with a lot of energy. You should be engaged and have an eye for what needs to be done. Do you have a sense of order, play, and motivation? Then you are the one we are looking for!
What the job entails:
Your tasks will involve working based on the client's needs and wishes. Our client is a young boy who loves to play, be outdoors at the playground, swing, and more. The work can be physical as there will be a lot of moving to different locations. He has a need for both security and structure. It is important that you as an assistant can meet him in the right way, work solution-oriented, preventive, and motivating.
The position involves active supervision, being a support in the boy's everyday life in everything from play, activities, food, personal care/hygiene, and more. You will work in the client's home environment together with his family.
At the client's request, you should have experience working with individuals with cerebral palsy or other care experience.

About the employment:
Employment type: Hourly and on-demand employment.
Working hours: Weekday evenings and weekends, at least one day a week.
Start date: Immediately, or as agreed.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
