In Primary Care Rehabilitation, all rehabilitation resources in public primary care are gathered. Here, physiotherapists, psychosocial resources, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and rehabilitation coordinators work. Together, we are responsible for the rehabilitation and treatment of physical and mental ill-health at the county's public health centers.

Job Responsibilities

As a rehabilitation assistant with us, you have an important and varied role where you switch between both administrative and patient-facing tasks. Together with the other rehabilitation assistants, you are responsible for the pool activities, which means you plan pool groups, make referral assessments, and instruct individual training programs in water. You also lead other types of group training and individual rehabilitation in our rehab gym.

The role also includes staffing the reception and telephone, as well as handling bookings for the various professions in Primary Care Rehabilitation. You are responsible for orders and invoice management, as well as administering our digital platforms, such as 1177 and the intranet. Additionally, you provide administrative support to other employees, management, and in ongoing projects.

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for you who have a strong interest in the rehabilitation and health sector. If you have a post-secondary education in sports or health science, rehabilitation science, or care and nursing, we consider this an advantage.

Furthermore, you have good administrative skills and enjoy working in a structured manner. You have good computer skills, work comfortably in Word and Excel, and have a good command of Swedish in speech and writing.

As a person, you have a good manner of dealing with others, collaborate well with others, and appreciate a varied workday. We would like you to have experience working in rehabilitation, care, or health-promoting activities, and that you feel confident leading group training and being in and around water.
