Job Description

You will be working with social change and motivational work focusing on children, young people, and adults within the social services' area of responsibility. Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting families with children through counseling, parental support, and practical assistance to improve relationships and daily life situations.
• Carrying out both preventive and needs-assessed interventions.
• Working preventively in collaboration with schools and other actors, both internally and externally.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, social worker, or have other education that the employer deems equivalent. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• Experience in social work and change management, as well as experience working systematically and structuredly with families.
• Knowledge of child development and family dynamics.
• Experience as a group leader in group activities related to parental support.
• A proactive personality and a strong interest in personal and professional development.
• Good ability to collaborate and cooperate.
• Knowledge of the laws governing the operations.
