An important part of the role is that you are accustomed to documenting and structuring your work based on an established implementation plan. Your ability to stay organized and follow structured work processes will be crucial for achieving success in your assignments.

Tasks and Scope

This is a task-based hourly position, meaning the work is not full-time. You work per assignment, and an assignment can vary from 5 to 10 hours per week. The number of assignments you have simultaneously can vary, and an employee can have between 1 and 4 assignments ongoing at the same time. Your tasks will include providing emotional and practical support to individuals in need, working according to structured work processes and implementation plans, as well as documenting and following up on your interventions.
