About the Position

We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our female client in Växjö. The position involves 1-3 shifts per week, with varying working hours during weekdays and weekends.

We are also looking for someone who wants to work as an assistant on an as-needed basis during the absence of regular assistants, such as during vacation or illness.

Furthermore, the client is only seeking female assistants.

The working hours are variable on weekdays and weekends, including daytime, evening, and sleeping night shifts:

08:00-19:00

08:00-16:30

19:00-08:00 (8 hours of waiting time)

The job responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores.

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, calm, proactive, flexible, engaged, and a good team player. You are a person who enjoys working with people and can see to the needs of others.

Requirements:

• Non-smoker.

• Ability to work sleeping shifts with waiting time.

• Vaccinated against Covid-19.

Qualifications:

• Driver's license.

• Professional experience as a personal assistant or in care or nursing homes.

Employment Rate: 1 position, 1-3 shifts per week. 1 position as a substitute as needed.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
