We are currently looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team this summer and who want to work as a personal assistant. We are looking for you who want to work in one of the following locations: Växjö, Alvesta, Ljungby, Markaryd, Lessebo, Emmaboda, and Tingsryd and surrounding areas!

What does the job of a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help another person's daily life function.

We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to a person being able to live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the world's most important job.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be just the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.

• can work flexible hours - day, evening, weekend, and night as well as around the clock.

• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment as agreed

Start date: As agreed

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
