To ensure safe and secure assistance, we conduct a background check if you are considered for the position. If the work involves assistance to children, you will also need to present an extract from the criminal record, in accordance with applicable legislation.

You easily adapt to different situations and thrive in a job where the focus is on safety, presence, and attentive care, but also includes activities, fun, and play. Experience in care and nursing is an advantage, but the most important thing is personal chemistry. Of course, you will receive thorough training to feel secure in the role.

The work may include:

• Contributing to safe and present assistance in daily life
• Support in daily routines such as personal care, hygiene, and transfers
• Monitoring and checking vital parameters (e.g., oxygen saturation)
• Being present to prevent anxiety and create safety
• Engaging in activities both inside and outside the home
• Documentation and attention to changes in well-being or needs
• Collaboration and communication with other assistants and relatives

The work requires you to be alert and meticulous, even during quiet times, and to have the ability to act quickly and confidently if the situation requires it.
