JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Care Assistant for Group Housing - make a difference every day!

Do you want to work in a meaningful profession where you contribute to safety, independence, and quality of life for others? We are now looking for a dedicated and warm care assistant for our group housing for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. As a care assistant, you work closely with the residents in their daily lives. You support everything from personal care and communication to leisure activities, household chores, and social participation. The work is based on each person's needs, abilities, and wishes, focusing on self-determination and a dignified life. With us, you will be an important part of a team that puts the individual at the center.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a recognized education from the health and care program, child and leisure program, nursing education with further training, caregiver education, or other education deemed suitable for the position, e.g., behavioral science or pedagogical education at the university level of at least 120 credits.
• Has experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.
• Is confident, empathetic, and solution-focused.
• Has good collaboration skills and can work independently.
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing.
