JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the care for people with disabilities, there are several different operations, and we need more engaged individuals who want to be a part of this. This is not just a summer job; it is a role where you truly make a difference.
LSS Housing and Psychiatric Housing
Here, you support individuals in their daily lives and homes. This can involve assistance with various activities, accompanying them to medical appointments, cooking together, or simply being there as a reliable support. Care is a natural part of the job and may include help with personal hygiene, meals, medication, and other everyday needs. You become an important part of someone else's safety and independence. Work hours vary from day/evening, awake night, and sleeping on-call.
Personal Assistance
You work closely with a person in their home and daily life. The tasks are determined by the individual's needs and can range from accompanying them to the cinema, training, or daily activities to supporting them in everyday routines and care. The work may involve help with personal hygiene, transfers, and meals. A varied and personal job where the relationship is central. Work hours vary from day/evening, awake night, and sleeping on-call.
Daily Activities
Here, you support individuals in employment, work training, and internships. You encourage, motivate, and create conditions for a meaningful and developing daily life. The work also includes some care based on needs. Perfect for those who enjoy seeing others grow. Work hours are scheduled during the day.
Short-term Activities for Children, Youth, and Adults
Here, you work with individuals of different ages who stay with us for shorter periods for relief, supervision, or a change of environment. You support in everyday activities, plan and accompany on outings, play, craft, and provide care and support. The work is adapted to the individual's needs and can be both energetic, creative, and relationship-building. Work hours vary from day/evening, awake night, and sleeping on-call.

QUALIFICATIONS
Who are you?
You need to be at least 18 years old to work with us. If you are younger, you are warmly welcome to apply to us in the future.
You can be completely inexperienced; we value your personality, engagement, and willingness to learn.
You may also have experience in care, social work, pedagogy, or social services and want to continue developing.
You are responsible, attentive, and enjoy working with people.
A driver's license is an advantage since some of our clients live a bit outside the center and may need support with activities and transportation. However, it is not a requirement.
We always request a criminal record extract before employment.

We would like you to be able to work hours already now and most of or the entire period of weeks 26-33, as the need is greatest during the summer.
