We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our client in Tingsryd. What does this position entail? Frösunda Personal Assistance in Växjö is seeking a personal assistant. We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a lively and cheerful girl in her early 30s who is wheelchair-bound due to a congenital spinal defect. We prefer that you live near Tingsryd as the client resides there. The work mainly involves personal care, assisting with daily household tasks, and helping with various activities.

It is required that you have a manual driving license as the woman is active and you, as the assistant, will drive her car.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. 

You who are applying are a cheerful and forward-thinking girl, 25+. We are looking for someone who is creative, initiative-taking, and responsible. You have good self-awareness and are used to meeting people's different needs. You are attentive and have a humble and good approach towards other people.

The client likes animals, especially horses and dogs, so you should not be allergic. It is a plus if you are familiar with and enjoy horses, as the woman rides once a week and the assistant is then helpful.

As a personal assistant, you should be a helping hand in daily life, so it is important that the personal chemistry is right. We place great emphasis on personal qualities, so please write and tell us about yourself and your interests in a personal letter that you attach with your CV.

A manual B- driving license is a requirement as the client has a car that you must be able to drive.

Additional information

Employment type: Temporary employment as long as the assistance assignment lasts

Scope: approx. 50-60 %

Working hours: Days, evenings, and weekends according to a basic schedule

Start date: Immediately or by agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
