The job is located in Finja.

Our member is a 30-year-old woman with autism, intellectual disabilities, epilepsy, and ADHD. She communicates only with pictures. At her home, we work with low-arousal approaches and careful structure to help her achieve a meaningful and functional daily life.

The work consists of supporting her in daily activities, routines, and maintaining the home.

Our member is interested in swimming, playing on the iPad, cooking, baking, and going on outings or just taking a drive.

She is active and has a fast pace, so it is important that you as an assistant are flexible and adaptable to make decisions and quickly change the day's planning.

We are now looking for summer substitutes who can work according to a rolling schedule during the summer. You will follow a rolling schedule with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have double staffing. There are both awake night shifts and night shifts with on-call duty in the schedule.

A driver's license and access to your own car are required to reach the workplace, which is located just outside Hässleholm. During work shifts, we use the member's own car.
