Previous experience is desired
Sällebråten is a group home according to LSS 9 § 9, targeting adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. All residents live in their own apartments close to common areas, with access to staff around the clock.
Sällebråten is beautifully located near Lidhult, between Halmstad and Ljungby.
You will work to motivate, train, and support our residents in daily tasks, leisure activities, and other communal activities. You will collaborate with positive and engaged colleagues and have the opportunity for your own initiatives and influence over your work.
You see opportunities and take your own initiatives. You have a positive outlook, are attentive, and show respect and commitment to our residents. You find it easy to collaborate with others and see it as natural to contribute to a pleasant work environment.
Education as a nursing assistant or equivalent training is an advantage.
You must be able to communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
2 positions available
Temporary positions, hours as needed.
Both day and evening shifts, sleeping night (on-call, appendix J) and weekend shifts.
